Laneway access is the thing to sort early
Most Richmond warehouse conversions off Church Street and Swan Street share a rear laneway with three or four other tenancies. That is fine, provided we are not arriving at the same time as someone's delivery run. We confirm a loading bay and an arrival window at booking rather than working it out on the day, which is the difference between a truck in position at five and a truck idling in Cremorne Street at six.
